To do so, were analyzed the productions in the annals of all available editions from the 1st to the 12th. The articles were searched through the term “art”, therefore only those that contemplate the Art-Science axis have been selected for analysis. The articles of interest selected for the study were carefully examined to capture information, especially the scientific and artistic aspects involved, and they were subsequently submitted to Statistical Implicative Analysis to establish an inference of possible relations of implication between variables. From the analyses, it was possible to verify a significant diversity of artistic expressions being linked to teaching and learning of scientific themes, mainly in the fields of Biological Sciences, Chemistry and Physics. Based on the results, it is possible to affirm that the intersections between Art and Science significantly contribute to teachers and students at different educational levels. Furthermore, it can be inferred that Art-Science axis constitutes a fertile field for developing research in Science Education.
Anderson Thiago Monteiro da Silva Renato Amorim da Silva Ricardo Ferreira das Neves Copyright (c) 2024 Cc-By https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/br/ 2024-08-23 2024-08-23 4 2 e24011 e24011 É Possível Fazer Filosofia com as Redes Sociais? O Caso do X-Twitter https://revistas.ifsertaope.edu.br/index.php/cacto/article/view/1097
Roberto Mendes Ana Carolina Santos Cavalcante Copyright (c) 2024 Cc-By https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/br/ 2024-08-23 2024-08-23 4 2 e24013 e24013 Ecstatic States and Visionary Art: from Metaphysical Realms to Aesthetic Creation https://revistas.ifsertaope.edu.br/index.php/cacto/article/view/665
The primary aim of this article is to establish a connection between expanded states of perception and aesthetic activity through a philosophical analysis of Aldous Huxley's psychedelic writings compiled in the work Moksha, alongside the ideas presented by Laurence Caruana in the Manifesto of Visionary Art. The specific objectives of this study are as follows: a) To present the psychedelic experience — whether spontaneous, induced, pharmacological, or natural — as a generative principle of the creative movement among visionary artists; b) To demonstrate the principal methods that, as anticipated by thinkers Huxley and Caruana, facilitate immersion in transcendental realities; c) To discuss the constituent elements of the visionary universe, such as light, transfigurations, figures from the imaginary, folklore, and world religions, as sources of artistic creativity; d) To describe how, through an aesthetic examination of the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch, William Blake, and Gustav Moreau, the transfiguration of suprasensible horizons into sensible forms is realized. The methodologies applied in developing this framework include creative writing, close reading, and phenomenological experimentation, followed by a review of specialized literature produced over the past sixty five years, from 1959 to 2024. In conclusion, the author intends to highlight the extent to which extraordinary activities of consciousness — whether ecstatic, oneiric, hypnagogic, or exceptional — are indispensable phenomena for the creation of visionary art throughout history, with particular emphasis on the contemporary period.
Jan Clefferson Costa de Freitas Copyright (c) 2024 Cc-By https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/br/ 2024-08-23 2024-08-23 4 2 e24014 e24014 François Dagognet: Verbete - Agronomia https://revistas.ifsertaope.edu.br/index.php/cacto/article/view/1144 João Ricardo Rodrigues Coelho Copyright (c) 2024 Cc-By https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/br/ 2024-08-23 2024-08-23 4 2 e24015 e24015
