Abstract: Wine is an alcoholic drink made from grape must. This drink has crossed civilizations, full of history and traditions, surrounded by mysteries and reflections. Drink of the Gods, also used in religious rites, as well as medicinally. But mainly used to brighten the soul, to bring up questions about life, existence, being and reason itself regarding some concepts. It brings with it controversies about its character, whether it is just an alcoholic drink or a noble drink that elevates the senses and knowledge. It all depends on the perspective, on the experiences we have with this drink, on the reality to which the person is subjected. Wine has so much history, culture and at the same time carries contemporaneity, it brings with it so much knowledge, forms, aromas and flavors, which leads us to reflect on the reason, consciousness and being of wine. What would be the wine philosophy? In fact, it is necessary to preserve wine, in sustainable ways, so that the knowledge contained in each bottle is expressed for generations. Each wine is unique, as are the people who choose them as a drink.
